After paying for the photo cube and using it a few times it quit working. I called customer service and their suggestions didn't help. Very disappointed.

Pure disappointment. Does not work with the iPhone 6, and even if it did, I couldn't print a collage (what for me would be the best feature of the product) because the app shuts down location services before opening. Even if the glitch got fixed the cube itself is a piece of junk.

The photocube is stupid. You get a trial cartridge with it, download this ap, and in my experience it just says there's a paper jam; no troubleshooting utility in the app. It just doesn't work! Wow what a fantastic feat of engineering.

The collage feature (best part) doesn't work. For a while now this has been happening- it keeps disabling the location feature - definite bug. Never got the wifi to work but I may have reached my max on devices- not a hardware/software issue. Worked well until the bug but I'm worried about when I run out of paper- I can't figure out how to open it. Support is limited. Only prints 4x6. Decent quality printing when it works.

I've had this product for less than 6 months, and it now gives me the "this product is not supported by this device" error message. So now, not only am I stuck with a brick that no longer prints my photos, but I'm also stuck with several boxes of film I'll never get to use. And on top of that issue, the film is absolute garbage (the pictures come out curved and separating from the back), and the photos come out VERY low quality, and in weird colors/dark. This thing was the biggest waste of money. I'm so disappointed.

this printer never actually prints the photos, just gets errors and says device isnt connected halfway through printing so the paper is wasted

no longer works because I have an iPhone 6 and the docking pin is to large (it was for earlier iPhones). I don’t believe there is a converter to go from the larger docking pin to one the size of the iPhone’s charging port.
