Awful app, disappointed

Printer is mediocre, quality is absolutely not as clear as a regular photo... But it is this awful app that annoys me. The fact that it has not been updated despite multiple bad reviews is sad and bad business. Maybe I am doing something wrong, and if so please educate me, but what good does this printer do me if it keeps chopping half of people's faces off. Why is it, that I have perfectly good photos on my phone, then when I open them up in this app they some how get chopped off. I can't even move the pic around to fix it. As far as the no editing cropping enhancing, ??? Who wants an unedited picture printed out? I might as well go buy a polaroid.
Printer great but the app needs update!

The app needs to work with instagram. 2x2 and 3x3 printing format is a must. Come on folks get with the flow! I purchased this printer for all my instagram photos and it has no way of printing them! This should be an easy fix. Please update soon!

BUYER BEWARE! This doesn't work with latest iOs. Do Not buy until update is done (company slacking).

It takes FOREVER to print each photo and I wish there was a way to print sizes beyond 4x6. (Instagram compatible would be amazing.) However, it's nice to print those occasional photos when you just need a few to fill a frame. If you're looking to print lots check out the Postal Pix app. They ship right to your house and aren't too pricey.

We need an update! The app still has Christmas and New Year cards on it. Change it up! Valentines, Easter etc!

The cube will not work since I updated my phone. It keeps tells me to dock my device and it is docked and charging!!

This printer works good enough but the app stinks! It won't let me print collages and doesn't even give me the option to print after I have built a collage! When you adjust the color on a print , it won't let me print any size except 4 x 6! it crashes A LOT. I hope they UPDATE soon!!!

It worked ONCE! But I'll be printing and it'll tell me to dock my phone WHEN IT IS DOCKED! I should be refunded on the printer if I can't use it because of the app!

It will start to print then the power cord will crap out (green light turns off). I had to get another power supply for it and now it works as intended. iPhone 5 running v6.1
