This application interfaces directly with the Phoenix G2 Fire station alerting system and the city CAD. There is no middleware. The APP is often faster than the city’s network to the stations. The functions are clear and easy to use and is configurable to only receive the dispatches I want to receive. The mapping “simply works” and is LAT/Long based to eliminate errors.

Awesome app , the one and only problem is when using it with Apple Maps , seems to give wrong directions frequently but when using it with google maps it’s fine
Crash issue

App crashes when an address is not input into the CAD. So if a name of a location, such as “Walmart” or “Mile 8 Spur Highway” is input instead of an address, opening the incident will crash the app. I also would like to have control over the tone sound and volume for call on my phone.

Unfortunately it won’t allow me to save notifications by event type. That would be very useful.

There is not mass incident delete. I was on vacation for several shifts and opened the app when I returned to work and had to individually delete each run that came through. Please add on the next update.
No alert tones

Since last update the station tones for my department have went away on app and only get a simple beep like a text message. I’m on-call and sleep through alert tones now, because there’s no tones.
Access codes

Others can use the same access codes and edit notifications. Wish I could log in and have none else edit my selections. I do love the App. Very helpful and all else works.

Updated to the new Version 1.25 now audible dispatch does not work when I press the speaker icon.
Map doesn't open in google Maps but rather in another map program

When I click on the map it no longer opens in Google Maps but in another, not a good map program
