Some great channels if you like reality shows. No sports. Freezes every episode! Normally in a commercial and you have to restart it.
Only thing missing? The Guide!!!

So I rarely write reviews, but I was hoping this one could stand out to the developers as a suggestion. Upon installing this app I loved the fact that they had such a great channel lineup. They also have Vh1, which most streaming services don’t have. (I lovvveeee Vh1 lol). The only issue I have is that they don’t have a standard guide. I’d like to go to my guide and see all the channels, but also ALL of the shows and times there as well. With this app you must follow a long process “Live>Select The Channel You Want with *>More on this channel” and you must do this for each individual channel you want to look at. When just surfing channels or looking to find something new or upcoming , an easy platform would be better. Otherwise, the app is great, affordable and I finally get my favorite channel!!! Highly recommended.
Philo TV going in the right direction

As the other OTT providers are raising their prices after initial teaser rates to get customers, Philo is actually focusing on keeping rates low. Most early adopters turning to streaming, aren’t looking for the same bloated, over-priced, TV packages mirroring cable provider packages; we want reasonable pricing reflective of the channels we actually watch. For me, Philo is the perfect compromise of channels over cost.

I've been looking for a non cable service that includes Destination America and is a great price for people on a budget. I'm so happy that I can watch my paranormal shows finally! Thank You Philo!

If ad blocks were 2-3 minutes, rather than 5 minutes, or 3-4 minutes, I’d give this app 5 stars. A 5 minute segment of ads is too much, not certain I’ll keep this. Otherwise, great interface and very competitive price.

The app says creat a new account but there is no link and there are no instructions. I have lost hope in this app because the developers seem to be clueless. Is this thing clickbait?
More commercials than cable!

Not impressed with limited shows available but the worst thing is the insane number of commercials per break! After at least 6 and still going I finally quit the 1/2 sitcom I'd just started watching. Why pay for another service just to get pummeled with endless commercials? What a rip. Only reason I even got it was for access to Yellowstone on Paramount without cable. Guess I'll have to decide if the show is worth $16/month. Probably yes til season ends but Philo should get a grip on the commercials! Take a lesson from Hulu.
