This app works great for auto updates on when to give my pets his heart guard and nexgard and other medications after vet visits. I also like the auto calendar for vet appointments into my calendar.

Very annoying to keep get reminders that you pet is due for vaccinations when your previous appointments have been cancelled or rescheduled due to Covid-19. No one needs this additional stress too! I am beyond worried that my pet is now going to be 2 months late getting his shots. Hopefully my May appointment will hold.

Love this app. Provides a lot of information pertaining to your pet (vaccines, prescriptions, etc.) at your fingertips. You can also schedule appointments through the app.

I have 2 older dogs and their health can change change quickly. Leaving a message gets me a quick response from a technician or one of the Veterinarians. Medicine refills are fast and easy.

The only issue we had was that we didn’t get a response to our Pet Desk appointment request for two days and then olnly following a phone call to see if I could reach a real person which I did. The appointment was made via phone and we received confirmation via Pet Desk. I DO WANT to GIVE YOU SUPER HIGH MARKS for the new protocols due to Covid 19. It was seamless and Better than pre Covid. No waiting in the lobby with other pets, no wrestling the dog on the scales, or trying to hold the dog while getting my credit card out of purse and processed. Your protocols were super simple and I hope they continue after Covid.
