Updates take forever

My daughter loves the game but gets frustrated when she opens the app and it says it’s downloading an update...but the update takes a long time. Please fix this!

I’m giving this game 2 stars on my because for the past 2 days it keeps saying “downloading update # 1” and won’t let me pay the game, when the game worked however I was a nice game. Pretty simple and all around a nice app

It is so irritating that they have a downloading problem. I love playing the game but it keeps making me download pet city over and over again.

Don’t waste your time and money. This app had a lot of potential but it does not work properly. It will crash and you will lose all your progress. If you buy anything it will also be lost. Awful app do not download it!!!

Awesome app I love this game it is sooooooooooooooooooooooo fun and I just love it but the game one time sed downloading update #1 and then it was like that for more than a month and I had to delet the app and download the app agin but other then that it is really really fun and awesome I recommend it to animal lover’s like me if you could fix the #1 thing but I looooove this app and I found something that I did not like. So one of my puppies got sick and I wanted to pay for the medicine but it would not let me I hade to pay with gems and it took all of my gems

Stuck on “Downloading Update #1 “ Waited for hours, no luck. Rebooted and tried again, no luck. Reinstall the game, no luck. Tried VON, no luck. WTH. Nothing works to get past this. My kids are very disappointed :(

Good but a few problems

This game is really fun. I like having my own pet shop. But there are some problems. I can not figure out how to breed. And also, the pets are a bit needy. And I have a lot of pets, so it some times gets annoying.and some of the stuff in the shop are a little bit expensive. Over all, this game is fun.???????????
