Game won’t work

I downloaded this game the other day, but whenever I enter it, it’s just a black screen accompanied by some panels on the side such as coins and gems. Nothing I press will get the black screen to go away and the game to start. I had this game a while back and have fond memories of it, but I’m leaving a one star review until it works again.

Every time I play this game it always messes up and does some download thing and it won’t let me play the game it’s annoying

The game is good I really like it but the words and animals are too big they’re not all fitting in my screen for my iPhone I would really love the game more if I could see what I am doing and what the instructions are saying.
I do like it but when I get to level 12

When I’m not on level 12 everyone is fine but when I get to level 12 it won’t let me get a dog and when I came back the next morning it said downloading contents and it well load and not do anything and every time I close it out or shut the phone off or restart it well still do the same game i deleted it one time and it did not do any of it and till I’m on level 12 it makes me so made and I have so many animals and I don’t want to delete it I don’t know what to do

It Stinks. I’ve downloaded it twice and both times it would let me play awhile then says downloading update 1 but never downloads it so then you have to install and uninstall. Please fix because otherwise I love the game
