After paying $5 to be able to make more than one video I find out the video takes up to 12 hours to download. That's insanity. Then I find there is an option to rush it and you pay another $3 only for them to tell you to wait 3 hours. Dumbest thing I ever heard

Bought the unlimited then you have to spend another 4 bucks to get your video right then or wait two hours! I could under standing waiting if it was free but when you pay and then they request more money that BS!.......

Don't buy... Only get to make 1 video, paid $9.99, only made 1 video, every time I try to make another they want to charge me again... Rip-off. After talking to there customer service person they told me that's all you get for $9.99, 1 xmas video and the short elf video. When I told them no one would pay that much if they knew that's all they got, they said, that's all you get because our videos are such good quality. I stand by my first statement..... RIP OFF at $9.99.

Makes a cute video but the charges are ridiculous. There are better apps without all the charges.

Only let's you make one video before making you pay $5 to make another one.And the first video you make takes 1-3 hours for it to finish processing.
No SOUND!

This would be a great concept if the video actually worked. It rendered and my three year old was SO excited to see his video from santa, but then the sound didn't work on the video. I checked all phone settings, quit and restarted the app, and still the same no sound issue. Don't pay money for this. It won't work sadly.

The sound won't work on the videos on my son's iPad. It works just fine on his sister's. we checked the volume controls and the sound in other apps. We've updated the iOS software, deleted and re-loaded the app, rebooted the iPad... Nothing. The "report a bug" link doesn't work in the app. I HATE this version. I vastly prefer the links sent to email from the previous years. I also hate that the phone call is through an app, too.
