This app will not work. It didn't let me login and i had to change my password many times. when I did get into the app it was very sucky and it said it would take many hours to complete

I sign up with my email and password. (I tried 5 times.) I made sure everything was spelled right! EVERY TIME IT SAID THAT MY PASSWORD WAS WRONG! No it wasn't ya idiot! So I say I forgot my password and I put my email and phone number. It said "email not found" and "number not found!" Like what the frig dude? Don't waist your FRIKIN time on this! Seriously! Don't!

My grandson loved his personalized video however it asked me to hit a button twice and in the end I was charged twice!

Had to wait a couple of hours before being notified that my video was ready. Clicked into the app and it said 0(!) views left. Which, I get it. You only get three views. WE NEVER VIEWED IT ONCE. MERRY CHRISTMAS, MR.SCROOGE !!

NO SOUND!!Is it because it's the free version???? Something is sketchy. They won't allow you to access free video unless you agree to emails. And it takes up to 8 hours to Create video unless you upgrade for $2.99 so you can get it instantly. Not a good way to get customers. FRUSTRATING!!!!!
