I've experimented with guided meditation, hypnosis and binaural beats/isochronic tones before and this was by far my most positive experience I've had. Honestly, it might have something to do with the fact that I was very suicidal when I listened to it and through the whole journey I found myself smiling, crying, seeing myself positively and imagining a future for myself. If you want to change your thinking in a positive way then you should try this app!

I'm always stressed about school and friends and my diet since I'm a vegetarian. I'm only 11 so it's not that easy . I always find my self awake and with headaches. I also have trouble sleeping. I'm worried about my grades too . I also have a band to run and songs to write . I have to deal with bullying too . It may seem not that much to you but to a small 11 year old it's hard . But this app has changed my life . I get to sleep easier and no more headaches . I even did better in school . I don't worry anymore and I've gained confidence over the last few weeks . I even found some new vegetarian recipesI like . I just run my life so much easier . I also talk to my mom about the bullying and she took care of it. I was so stressed before but now I know what to say cause I'm so relaxed all the time. Thanks to this app . Thank you I'm so happy I'm crying.
