I felt very relaxed with positive energy, has a long beginning to have to repeat just as the weight loss. I do wish you could turn the screen off and still listen as you go to sleep.these by no means diminished its effects. It left me with a a peaceful contentment...

I was once a science of mind practitioner... in a way, I still am. This app has reminded me to reconnect to my own values in making the best possible decisions for my life. I have listened to this app while on my bicycle and just before bed. I think I like it on my bicycle better because at least I stay awake!

It's not the best app I have ever downloaded. It's nice if you have the money and time. What they forgot to mention is that u have to buy most of the things. Plus each one takes have an hour! But othe than tag it's " ok"
