The app use to tell you how many days you had until your next menstrual and the predicted dates for the current month however all of that has went away. I would like to see some on the old features included with the new. I have been using this app since 2012 and it was the best of them all.
Lost years of Tracking

I’m a very irregular person so decided to start tracking my period to see if that will help me out. But after an update my numbers were coming out cut off. I reached out to customer service they said log out, delete app, reinstall a log back in. Well guess what they lost all my history and the original problem is still there. Time to permanently delete. And start over with hopefully a more reliable app.

I got the iphone 12 and now I cant use the app. I get the same error message as many of the others in the reviews. “The custom token format is incorrect”. I still have my 7 and it works fine on there. Wish there would be a fix soon, this was my favorite app to use.
Latest update is a mess

I’ve used this app for years and it’s always been super helpful and typically accurate, but the latest update is a mess. The prediction dates are always calculated 28 days after whatever the current day is, not the date of my last cycle. I have to click several different tabs to get the info that I want, which wasn’t the case in previous version. I have hope this version will be updated for easier use and more accurate information. If not, I’ll have to find a new one. Too bad.

Won’t open now,, says- custom token error please see documentation ,,, never opens at all ,, I guess a years worth or data is lost?????

I’ve been using this app for what feels like a million years. It’s always been accurate. Now I can’t even open it. What the heck is going on?! I relied on this app and even recommended it to multiple friends and medical professionals. Very disappointing.

Fix the bugs and error message, “The custom token format is incorrect...” Since the upgrade my iPhone 12Pro will not open the app. I’ve used this app for years and from reading reviews others are having the same issue and not happy with new layout of upgrade. Guess I’ll find another app to use. If it’s not broke don’t fit it and listen to your customers. It’s probably a team of men upgrade this app that deleted the features us woman actually use the app for. ??♀️
