HATE the “new” design

I’m obviously a little behind here (I’m not usually a review writer, at all), but I’m still so upset with these “updates.” I started using years ago, and at the time, shopped around & PURPOSELY CHOSE the period tracker that was simple, intuitive, and gave me quick access to the info I need — a non-assuming little application where I can predict when I’m ovulating and when my period’s coming. That’s it; that’s all I want. And whatever this is ... it’s no longer that. I always appreciate a good re-vamp, but this is convoluted, confusing, and 100% designed to upsell me to buy things I don’t want or need. Sigh. Back to the drawing board. Have fun “Bellas,” or whatever we’re called now... I’m just no longer one of you, I guess.

The app has crashed and I can no longer get it to open... just an error message for two days now I’ve used this app for years so now all my cycle history and medical notes are not accessible ??

The dates are really off and it’s mixing up my ovulation and expectant period days. I wouldn’t depend on it I am now using another tracker app.

App stopped working

The app stopped working all of a sudden after two years and just gives me some token error message. When the app works it’s great.

Hello , my son updated my app and it completely diff. Only my history of tracked periods is the same . The period Diary pro is the one I was use to . Know it 4.99$ . I had payed it years ago . Why is it a separate app now ? I miss the flower faces and pink design ! I don't understand how updating it changed the whole style and the one I use to have is now a diff app to purchaSe ??????

All my data was thankfully still there but even though I put start and end dates my calendar always just looks like I’m ovulating. App is too convoluted to use. After a few months of trying I’m moving on to a simpler app. And I was using this since 2015!

New update ruined the app

I’ve been using this app to track my cycle for 6 years. It’s always been incredibly helpful and accurate. All of a sudden, when they released the “big update,” the app is completely useless. I just got my period for the first time since the update- I went to enter it in and the date is stuck on April 2020. I cannot change it or enter the current date. I just saw that there was another update from 6 days ago, and I was hoping they would address the insane issues and fix them. Nope. No acknowledgment that there’s even an issue, and the app is still completely messed up. What a huge disappointment. I have 6 years worth of data about my body that’s now just lost.

I don’t like the new update at all. It was so much easier with the flower when it told me how many days I had left until I got my period. Now I spend all this time clicking around on the new settings trying to figure out when I’m going to start again. Hate hate hate hate hate the new look.

It says the custom token format is incorrect. Please check the documentation. Please help! I would hate to have to use a different app because I love this!
