Use to be my favorite makeup app. Since the latest update all it does is crash.

What’s new with this app? It’s not working as well as it used to. Apply individual things like blush and foundation is not working. And it keeps popping up different things I have to pay to use. It was a much easier app. Not so much anymore
The free one was better.

Ugh, I’d expect the freebie apps to constantly lock up and have glitches, but this one is actually great. THEN I upgraded my subscription and now I can’t do a thing. It literally won’t allow me beyond the home screen. What a waste and so frustrating.

App won’t open

Every time I go to use the app I can’t open it only way I can open it is if I delete it and re-download it every single time please fix this I don’t know why it will only let me use it once and then stopped working? It deletes all my saved things and I have to re-download everything. It takes forever every time I say something or if I want to change one of the filters. Please fix it and I keep trying to post this and send it to you and it never sent so I hope it send because I’m really frustrated I have to keep redoing this and I see that other people are having the same problem but I see that they’re not getting a response on here. Also there are way too many odds even if you’re not paying for the upgrade there still should not be so many ads
No longer saves in high resolution

After the update it doesn’t save in high resolution anymore! I paid for the high resolution save years ago and love this app but it has a recent update and literally within a couple of hours the resolution is horrible.
