Free trial is deceiving

I began the so called free trial yesterday for 7 days and today my account says it expires tomorrow and there's No way to even cancel the so called "trial". Deceiving.

Starting working very well, then I purchased the anual subscription and as soon I did, won’t allow me to use my own pics anymore, all it’s showing is someone else pic and I can’t do my own. Regretted to purchase this app for this reason, why I would purchase an app to manipulate pics if I can’t manipulate my own?

Edit: A few years ago I paid for pro to get all the extra features when it was just a one time payment. Now it’s a subscription. My payment for pro simply disappeared after that. I could see making new users pay for the subscription but it’s completely unfair to those who spent money in the past. We should be grandfathered in. It’s ridiculous to expect me (or actually anyone really) to pay monthly for all features or $4.99 for just one feature. I don’t even think the one time payment I made back then for ALL pro features was that high. I first started using this app in high school 4 or 5 years ago. I’ve watched it change and grow. I used to use a photo editing website that was called picnic or something like that (later became picmonkey). I liked it at the time but when I look back at those pictures I cringe. I hope it was normal back then to edit your pics heavily and OBVIOUSLY. Perfect365 has a lot of the same features but it’s actually made well enough to look natural. For example, the soften skin tool is comparable to what was called airbrush, which was impossible to do subtly. I use the blemish tool and just a tiny tiny bit of the soften skin along with blush and it won’t look like I edited it at all. I am self-conscious about my eczema and acne scars so it is very important to me to edit discreetly. It would be near perfect if they added a clone/repair tool because sometimes with my scars the blemish tool won’t remove them it’ll just make that whole area that color. I thought it was really cool of them to allow high-res without paying but a lot of the time when I press watch video a video never comes up. It’s just an ad and my only option is to press free gift (what even is that) or close. When I press close it doesn’t save. Only once in a blue moon does it actually show a video and save in high-res. I’m going to keep using the app but if no effort is being made to fix the glitches than I’m gonna start suspecting it’s intentional to try to get people to pay which isn’t cool. Don’t taunt us.

I had complained about all my pictures not loading I just wanted to say that they upload on my phone but not on my iPad ..I’m getting older my eyes are getting bad please make it work for my iPad it has way more storage than this phone!?
Constantly crashes

The app constantly crashes; it’s continually gotten worse and worse. After yesterday’s update it now won’t stay open for more than 15 seconds. I’m disappointed since I’ve put money into this app.
