Everything was fine with the app but I haven't even see January issue??? Where is it???

I never downloaded this app; but one day I got a notification to have it updated. I tried to search for the app to delete it and I cannot find it on my phone. Anybody else have this issue?
Can't retrieve my subscription

I keep clicking the button that says " I want access to my issues", and nothing happens. I had no complaints before I updated my iPad besides a better way to bookmark pages, and I don't like how it's so hard to get the navigation to come up on the screen while you're flipping through the magazine.
Love the ease and convenience!

This is one of my favorite magazines and I'm so glad it comes with the purchase of the newsstand subscription. I use it all the time and rarely have problems.
