What's with all the pausing?
Too many pauses
Love this magazine, the app usually works well except when I'm trying to download my new issue only to find out the download has been paused so then I have to go back through the App Store to download the issue again. Very annoying when I, reading through and have to start all over again!

I downloaded the app thinking it was a magazine but it really just was an app to download the subscriptions that you buy electronically

There is NO icon for this app...have to access it from the App Store by clicking "open." Difficult to navigate and tons of pausing during downloads. Thought it would have more features similar to the website. Disappointed.

I used to love the convenience of having this magazine on my iPad. Now it is simply a nuisance. My November issue perpetually pauses during the download and never finishes (gets an error). It's half way through the month and I still can't read what I paid for. I want a refund for this terrible customer service.

Why did I receive an email two days ago saying the December/January issue was available for download when it clearly is not? I have checked several times and even deleted and reinstalled the app to no avail. You may want to actually ensure the issue is available before sending out the notification. Extremely annoying.

Saturday Night Fail
Decided to spend my Saturday night cozying up with my recently purchased People Stylewatch digital magazine only for it to read "downloading" all night! No content. Saturday night fail!

I also received an email saying my December/January issue was available and when I open up the app, nothing. This is extremely frustrating and People needs to get their act together.

They will add a feature to choose an article from the table of contents instead of having to scroll/swipe through all the pages. Otherwise I love this app
