Crashes all the time. Used to love this app. Now useless - tried reinstalling but no luck :(
Penny talk is a fraud.

Took 25$. Charged $16 for a 1 min call to Canada from LA. Now every time i write a review it says nickname is taken and erases the review. Trying this with 5 stars to see if it accepts the review. Really I would not give fraud even 1 star. Would you ? Do NOT use this app unless you like to throw your money away.
Hidden monthly fee

I bought credits to call because the rates are low enough. But when reading the FAQ, I discovered that there is a monthly fee of 99 cents. I don't talk more than 20 to 30 minutes a month calling international. That ups my rates by 3 to 5 cents!! The deception is that such rate should not be in the FAQ but disclosed with the rates.

Had $25 in the account, haven't use for a while , 6 month later it became $0.75. Will never do it again

This app needs a lot of improvements in terms of the design and also buttons that need to be added to the app such as the history button which will save us time when we need to call numbers that we have just recently called

The price is okay, convenient is great but if you ever need customer service, don't even bother to call. There is no customer service and they have no clue how to provide service to customers. I've been with penny talk for two years and I'm so frustrated with customer service that I think I'm going to switch to another carrier.

As long as this app have been up I'll think they would make it better. No recents calls no favorite contacts. On the other side half of the calls don't get thru. 6 months later, nothing changed. I think they don't deserve my money. I'll use Rebtel instead. Thank you
