Five times now I have went to bonus and the game crashes and the app shuts down before the bonus starts (three different games)!!! I purchase coins too and am betting big, I'm not playing for free. They will get no more money from me.

I have been a member now for about two years. When I first started, I was reading frantic reviews from PO’d members telling crazy stories of never getting responses from support for the problems they were encountering. At first, I just figured folks had credit buyers remorse and wanted a way to recoup their lost fortunes. It did not take very long for me to be standing at the end of that line of PO’d members. Countless support email sent with no response for things like gaming issues where BIG payouts did not payout. Other issues and the more frequent problem is when they send you an offer to your email saying they will give you 10 million credits if you make ANY purchase amount. I have had countless of these but I stayed on top of them and even had to resort to going o. Their FB and making my complain public. Hey listen when you do that. I had another offer I took advantage of about three months ago and they still owe me 15 million credits for a promotion they sent to me that I used and they never paid me. I have become so tired of their carelessness and absolute lack of customer service. I am at the post t where they can keep their credits. I just will not buy any credits from them or take advantage of anything they promise because they do not stand behind their ads. They are not trustworthy at all. So I’m choosing to keep my accounts but I will only play using the free credits and then I go and play in Zinga site. The payouts are astronomical and if you should decide to buy credits you get so much more for you $.99 than anywhere else especially here. Hollywood casino really should wake up and see just how many of their members they’re losing. I guess when you really look at the entire picture, this venue is all icing in their cake. They’re making a killing at their brick and mortars already and anyone spending cash on their play sites is just extra extra extra so they can afford to take it all in and spit in the faces of all of us. Don’t get me wrong I like the real casino games it provides... There is no winning, Leveling up is impossible and your Bonus you get takes 4 hours! Me being at a level 25 I only get 20,000 coins at that time, cheapest min bet I found has been 300, and with that bet good luck ever trying to level up to unlock new games... this one is a game where they want you to add your own money... I’m not happy with this casino app... wish that the bonus u receive was higher, leveling up was easier and you actually win sometimes... but you don’t...

We have had problems in the past with the previous versions of this app, but nothing like the poor performance since the last update of the app. Before we experienced shut down when winning the bonus play on multiple games. Now we see 100% failure: App shuts down on any game during the first spin.
