Does not save changes

This app does not work well. When you choose a coffee and want to make changes, it does not save them and jumps to the default option. Frustrating! Back to Starbucks.
can’t leave a tip

I’d like to leave a tip- won’t let me. Also the card a had on file was hacked about a month ago/ might want to confirm secure. It was only place I had stored this card.

Can I make a suggestion? Not all people knows how to order coffee online so like myself, I usually come in and my observation is the baristas take care of the online order first (1 or 2 baristas behind the counter making coffee). I had to wait more than 30 minutes so I tried Starbucks, what they do is one barista handling the online order and one handles the in person order. And I didn’t have to wait. I appreciate all the help but I noticed that Peets in San Carlos people have to wait a while just like myself.

It’s great but sometimes spins and won’t take an order - I assume it’s because it handle capacity.

There is a new bug each time. I couldn’t load my card for a while now I cant order. i keep getting “this order has been placed” error for days now. Such a big dissappointment
