The app does not allow you to tip the barista using the Pete’s balance on your app. You have to use an entirely separate credit card. This results and their staff not getting the tips they truly deserve.

At the Napa location, drinks are consistently good as is the service! Unfortunately I went to a different Pete’s in Fairfield and it was not good at all. Plus it was really dirty.

Wasted my time and money and have to go through the fever dream that is their customer support system. Is this how they make enough money to not get stomped by Starbucks?

I use to be pretty regular at Peets until the app stop letting me log in. It’s very frustrating because I can’t order ahead anymore and I’m usually in a rush when I order a cup so it use to be very convenient. Not any more! I have some balance in my card that can’t use anymore unless I want to buy something from the website, where I have no problem signing in. I also have some rewards that I don’t want to let go to waste. I don’t know what’s the problem since I just got a new phone and the problem is in this phone as well. Very frustrating! I like Peets better than Starbucks since it tastes a lot more genuine but lately I have had no choice but to buy from them. And yes, I already tried restarting my phone deleting the app and downloading it again, etc.
