Premium Year scam

This app took money from my account is there anyway I can get it refunded back I never agreed to a premium year it just automatically took money from my account??

This is the absolute worst app ever never use to edit anything I started using it Sunday to edit a form completed it then next day half was gone. I tried to save and print the other half and when I pressed done it just sent me to the account screen without the document. I redid the entire thing and then as I was going to print it sent me to the home screen and the document was gone from my my documents page
Paid $4.99 and.. nothing.

It’s been 3 hours of compressing a file so far.. and I’ve PAID. Other apps have you wait 90 minutes for FREE.
Useless and worthless

Yeah you can fill some stuff out but all you do stays in the app. It’s going no where, can not send it to email, can not print, can not share or anything. Don’t even bother downloading. It’s very useless.

It would have been OK if it was described as a free trial. But it wasn't. It is a bait and switch situation, since the user only discovers the need to sign up after editing a document
Mobile app
Memory forever
I’ve been using this program on my Mac and it worked just fine, however I can not open my docs which are requesting signatures on the mobile app. If there’s a way to to it, it’s clearly not user friendly. I thought the “waiting for signature “ would show up but alas, no such luck. Wish it worked since being mobile is extremely today.
