I’m really hating this.

The app is great so far, but i would like to make a suggestion on the editing of the documents we scan..It would be great if we were able to take a picture and be able to take the document or picture and be able to edit the writing on the pictures. For example delete a word on the picture and add another if that makes sense

If you intended to use this on your mobile phone, save your money!!! Worst app ever!! They refuse to refund my $100 after 2 days of trying to use it!! About half of the features are available for mobile use as compared to the desktop version. The desktop version is not much better. Terrible customer service. I was talking to “harmhon” with customer service, and they were zero help!!! I expect this type of product and service out of a free app, but when I spend $100, I expect something that somewhat works....save your money!!!

I went to purchase the “monthly” plan and was charged $119 for a year! I still can’t figure out how to actually use the app and now I’m stuck with it for a year!

The product works ok but good luck trying to cancel. They have it designed so it takes you round and round in circles with no success yet in cancelling.

I don’t like what I read. It says free trail for 72 Days then the 72 dollars to 128 dollars a year. I have to think about for while. I really need this app.

They make this impossible to cancel. I would not buy. I am wasting $40/month and haven’t even used it for 2/3 months. The instructions they post to cancel doesn’t exist in their template.

After more than an hour of filling in a form on my iPhone, I tried to print the form and received a pop up message that printing is only available with premium subscription. In all of the text in the description of the app this is not mentioned once, I read it three times just to be sure. What is the point of this app having a trial period of you can’t print a form after filling it in. Really wasted over an hour and I will have to do it again. Furthermore, your cheapest subscription offer is six bucks a month. I need this app one time and one time only, why would I pay six bucks even once when I can go home later and do the same form on my computer for free? Very misleading ad on the App Store. Deleted
