I do contract work and am always sending out my W-9’s or other documents with invoices, so I don’t want to send the w-9 separately through whatever “portal” this website uses as that often confuses my customers. I just want to be able to save the PDF to my files and send it together with other documents (multiple invoices sometimes) in gmail, in only one email....buuut I don’t see that crucial feature, I’d even pay for it. So that’s one hiccup that already makes this app unusable to me. Second is when trying to email the document to myself it took foreeeeevvvveeeeer, crashed multiple times and only sent after about the 10th try. Yea not really reliable there. Then it still doesn’t come easily to download, have to sign up for an account and use a pin to download. Anyway I finally got the document in my files in pdf form aaaaaand the formatting is off, numbers are not in the appropriate boxes all scrunched over the lines. I’m just trying to figure out if this is the same product everyone else is reviewing, because there seems to be a hiccup at every step for me. Best, Someone who will never use this app again

You can fill, edit, save, fax, email documents with ease. You don’t need any tech experience to use it. It is amazing. It also saves your docs for years so when you need to edit and send again, they are right there waiting for you. Job Applicants, Resumes... whatever so Easy!

This software is killer! I needed to sign a document in a hurry but was out of the office and only had my phone. I pulled over, downloaded the app, completed and signed the doc in less than 2 minutes then emailed it over all from within the app. Great piece of software! Nice work.

Finally, an app that lets me do everything on my iPad or iPhone without the need to go sit at a desktop. This is huge for me as I deal with MS and sometimes I can't exactly get out of bed or my zero gravity chair, yet life must go on. Thank you!!!

The app has lots of features, but the basics don't work consistently. I filled out a long form, and the changes I was making we're only partially saved. The way documents and the inbox are organized is a bit confusing. The Dropbox integration doesn't work like I would expect it to. The app has potential.
