I have played as many games that I could and purchased 3 items from you list.bI have not come close to win anything. I have wasted a lot of time for getting nothing in return. I will never play your crooked game again. By the way have requested a Wal Mart credit at least3 times without ever recieving anything in return. Is so true no one every really wins. The people that do seem to be fake and I tried all of the time he never win who does.

The games are fun, and it’s awesome to have free chances of winning prizes (which I know is possible because I won a gift card yayyyy!), but the amount of ads in between each game makes playing tedious. No one wants to see 2+ ads after every single entry they play. I get the ads are what fund this whole thing, but there has to be a better way of advertising without interrupting game play ? beyond that though PCH is fun and a great way to pass some free time.

PCH technical support unfortunately introduces new versions late on Friday afternoons and we have to tolerate all of the problems for at least a whole weekend costing potential loss of prizes/money before it gets fixed. Technical support is usually unavailable on weekends. This version is no exception. Half of the games show as incomplete—missing out on double entries and bonus games ( for the umpteenth time again). Unacceptable disloyalty shown to millions of loyal players...

Barely usable for those with visual impairments

As a visually impaired customer, I have to live on what we call supplemental security income. The government gives us barely enough funds to survive. Me personally, I would like to be able to use this app, and all of the apps by PCH, however they are either not accessible, or just barely meet the accessibility standards that are needed for the apps to work with the voiceover screen reader built into iOS. PCH, please fix! Me and possibly other customers like myself could possibly feel excluded because of the fact that we can barely use your apps, or not use them at all. This is, in my opinion, extremely disappointing, and extremely disheartening. Again, please fix! Accessibility is a right, not a privilege.
