Painfully slow

When I first started using this app, it was fun. Now it is work. PLEASE make this app user friendly. More time spent waiting for "loading" than playing. Riight! Take an app everyone complains is time consuming, then add a slower component. Good move! Coordination with the game would be nice. You often have to drop out and restart at the 10th game. This is supposed to be a game, not a lifestyle. You lost two stars from me ⭐️⭐️

Trying to collect various little things like tokens and playing a game today took forever, now they want me to play more before midnight on my dime, again. Meantime after constant literally begging for me to buy one of their great super buys, practically beg you and nothing I want, purchased something now they want payment & added all the reg. Tax etc. & Brought cost a bit more, what a joke. Not quite the upstanding Co. I thought, Pch and the things I usually buy do not charge Shipping etc. and this very small size Pushed into buying perhaps purchase? Thank you “Pch.”

No real money! A waste of time! No social interaction! No family time! People need to spend less time on their phones playing games and more time in their communities interacting with each other. They keep asking me to send them $200 in ITunes cards telling me that they are doing to deliver tomorrow but I do not have any money I have been sick in the hospital, recovering from a torn rotator cuff, getting physical therapy on my back, raising a bunch of children and grandkids, an elderly mother, just trying to spend quality time with my family.

Every time I try to open it after it loads the music plays but my screen is black. I can’t even use the app. I have an iPhone X and o tried everything from restarting and Re-downloading the app to shutting my phone off then back on. Please fix this bug. I would really love to get on and play it but can’t. Please help.

Seeing people’s sob stories on here of how they NEED money is so freakin agitating... like, yeah obviously if you’re playing then you probably need money. It’s not like these people go read about who is the saddest and hand them a million dollars... and of course there’s ads, lots of them... you’re playing a lottery FOR FREE... 5 stars for that for sure. Free lottery and all I have to do is sit through some ads instead of pay $1-$3 per game. Yes, ma’am.

I feel the same way and in the same position as you wit h two kids and two days to get out my hotel room and all I have left is my faith and a lil hope kids dad past two years ago and it’s been rough for me also and I’m just holding on to my faith and the little hope I have left I play both of these app everyday just to when tokens that I can’t do nothing with that’s a waste of my time but yet I’m just playing and hopping that I’ll be next to win?‍♀️?‍♀️hopeful thinking ? I guess praying ? this to be my blessing knowing deep down it’s never going to happen anyway I’m feeling you my girl I don’t know what more we supposed to do to win are is it’s really real or not

This app is very time consuming. I am an avid PCH player. Unfortunately, this app is disappointing. It takes to long to load. The ads are numerous and long. I like the PCH app better. It gives you more tokens. Even though it has ads too. They are not as painful to sit through. Plus, some of the ads are short.

This has been the most fun I've had in ages! Feel like a kid again and am always waiting for the next game to start! Graphics are fantasticZand you want to go on and on - after all, who needs all that sleep! I’m 73 years old and have been playing this for years and years and years! I pray that I’m able to win as my medical bills have gone through the roof! I was never ill before but it hit me all at once. I needed a new knee replacement, some kind of flu we didn’t know about and everything else you can think of! That is why I love this game so very much because it gives you a chance to catch up! We don’t have a penny left so we are praying that this will come to us! Thank you again for allowing us to play and God Bless You. Roberta E.
