Not connecting and app crashes

I turned off all my antivirus protection programs and windows defender and it doesn’t connect. My Bluetooth for my phone connects on my computer but the program doesn’t say it is when it is. And it won’t connect via WiFi. I tried the bar code but all it does is crash mu phone app. I looked for any faq’s or help and I cannot find one.

Overall, the app and associated program work. Assuming the program doesn’t eventually infect my computer with some kind of virus, there’s only two main problems I have with the app. 1.) The UI prompts are in Chinese, preventing the use of the password entry for protected computer connection. 2.) Scrolling control is abhorrent. It is not smooth in the slightest.

Can’t select and drag Can’t move sliders on sites. Only 2 major issues. But I only use this when my normal mouse dies or breaks
Disconnects and crashes

It works when I first connect but after a few minutes it disconnects and then crashes when I try to move the mouse cursor. I keep having to restart the app and reconnect. I have the vip version. I am using it to control Netflix and YouTube TV on my Lenovo x1 Thinkpad. I will change my rating if the developer corrects the problem.
I have to report ONE BUG!!!

This app is amazing, but, I have on BIG problem. The pointer is VERY slow and laggy. Please fix this in the next update!!! Other than this the app is cool!

Works perfectly with city car driver. A tip for further updates would be to make the throttle a lever or slider instead of just two buttons.
