Takes days and days to fund account. This is terrible business and have had this problem now for MONTHS!!! What year is this? So ancient business practices!!!

Terrible Connection Issues

I can have 5G connectivity, enough to stream Netflix in 4K with no issues, and the app will still give me the “No Internet Connection” message. I hate this app.

This is the absolute worst app on the planet. Every time I try and use this it takes me between 20-45 min to get a machine to work. Most times when the available machines finally appear on my screen they then show up with an error saying “machine is in use” or “disabled” the machines are not in use and how can a machine be disabled when they eventually work?? The app has taken my money in the scenarios where it tells me “disabled”. I want my money back and I want this company to do a better job.

UI elements are in the status bar in my iPhone mini. I would also just make List view the DEFAULT view. It is superior to the other option in terms of clarity (regarding which cycle option you are buying) and which machine you are purchasing on.

I am extremely unsatisfied with the service that this business provides because it doesn’t let my credit card process even though it has money in it. Complete waste of space.

It always takes my money but the machine never starts and I’ve reported it at least 3 times and have never heard back. Even though it’s less than $2 each time, I still deserve my money back or at least a response from ANYONE

Since ios15 came out I have not been able to use the app. I always get a no connection error even though I have a full 5g connection and every other app works.
