While I’ve had a couple of issues over the past couple of years with PayPal itself, I’ve always had a great experience with the app. Very simple interface and reliable service. Support is always courteous and helpful.

It’s intuitive, clarifies what you are doing with a question (so less likelihood of an error in transaction), and nicely laid out. It makes money transfers so smooth and easy!

Someone sent me a pay request and it kept crashing. Also as a foot note this is the other company I despise because of their practices - right next to LinkedIn in terms of bad companies.
