The app doesn’t let you login. It doesn’t recognize my actual login info as correct.

I can log on online but not in the app. Called CS and was told to delete and reinstall app. Still nothing.

I know my credentials are valid because I can use them on the desktop site and the informational payflex app.

Called customer service. Went through all the steps. Reset password. Can log on online but not on app. Same credentials. Never lets me log onto app.

Pay flex is living in 2010 with its apps and website. I can't find any mention of this app on the payflex website.

I phoned the representative of Payflex at Payflex mobile from the Aetna website; at first she'd never heard of Payflex Wallet. Her supervisor then said it is a site for business customers. If your Payflex account uses the Payflex wallet website, you can use this app. If you use the Payflex mobile website, you can't. This is a legitimate app.
