Same issue as all other reviews.... The app gives you an error message stating "incorrect password" when attempting to log in. I know the credentials are correct bc they work on the full site. Why has the developer not responded to this issue???

I will continue to use old app because I know my credentials are correct but still says my password is wrong even though 30 seconds ago I logged into the website on my PC.

Disappointed to deletion

I had this app for months now hoping that an update would come through. Payflex has got to be the worst at technology. Can't use the app because as everyone else is saying it won't let you login. Then if you go to the website it's like being on dialup sooooooooo slooooooow. Hello payflex. This is 2017 calling time to get up to speed. I'm going to discuss with my company the need to switch away from payflex.

I know my credentials are correct, it is saying my password is wrong and I'm getting the same error message as everyone else. Clearly hasn't been updated in ages, PayFlex needs to seriously get it together. How can you guys be so careless and not update an app as important as this? People need to file their claims and can't do so unless they use this garbage app or unless they have access to a scanner??! Ridiculous!
