not worth 50 cents
We were just changed over to this app at work. It has been nothing but trouble for everyone in my organization. Last week, with no warning, the phone app stopped working for most (all?) employees. What a piece of you know what!
LACK OF INFORMATION

My employer recently changed from ADP to pay core.?I am not very happy, there is information I used to receive from ADP that I no longer can access. It needs to show you your current pay rate, I looked all over the app and there is NOTHING available to show you what your current pay rate and OT rate is!! It should be listed with your benefits, or under your profile!! I also like a list of the days I have taken off, and not just the days I have approved from my PTO. I get them approved through the app just fine, however if you look BACK at the calendar it shows you NO where that you have taken ANY off. ? I wish we could go back to ADP!
What they should have!

This app should be connected with your work so you can see how much you made after you clock out for the day and be able to show paystubs earlier. Its 2019 my work goes through this app when there are so many that can show you what you make everyday.
Can’t fill out documents

I get alerts but can not complete them in the task area in the app. So I go to the web page on my phone and still can not fill them out because the page doesn’t work on my iPhone. I can click on the box but can’t move it the page over to click on the accept button. Kinda useless if you ask me. So now I have to go to a computer just to click on a button. Not very convenient at all.

Overall, I think this app is good app when it works. Most of the time it won’t let me use my Face ID like I have it set up to do, and crashes on me, when I get it open. I used it for my paystubs and honestly I just want to see my stubs, but cant because it doesn’t work when I want to look at them.
Need more functionality

This app is only allowing me to view my recent and upcoming paydays. We need to be able to do things like view our accrued PTO and request time off but this app is not doing that. Why can’t we punch in/out using this app as well? So far I’m just disappointed. Seriously, I can’t even see my schedule! What’s the point in using this app if all I can do is look at my paydays?

I hate that now you have to email me a verification code to log in from my phone. I’m not always near a computer!

Wish could Edit Profile. Complicated if you forget or questions/answers if you haven’t used app often for Password etc.

App worked great when I first downloaded it. For the past few months I can’t login. Says it can’t find my credentials. Tried deleting and reinstalling. I can login to the website (with the same info). Tried emailing the company about the problem got no response. I am now receiving updates/promotions via email. That I didn’t want to begin with.
Frozen screen

My screen has been frozen on the pay check screen. The date never changes, I can not find out what the next paycheck is. I've contacted paycor with no response!!
