Paycor oversold us on their HR/Payroll/Timesheet services in April of 2019. I worked with implementation, who did not seem happy Paycor accepted our business, because they knew right away that what we were asking to track was very above what they were capable of doing. I spoke with person after person, who would not be informed of where the last person was left off, so I'd have to re-explain our company goals and what the last person told me. Each time I spoke to someone, they would need to 'think' about how to help and get back to me. After a very long process, they told me they had solutions for everything that we needed and we proceeded. April was our first Payrun….and July was the first time they were able to provide us a journal entry that I could feed into our accounting system. Along the way, I would be working with someone and then he/she would disappear and never respond again. After a lot of yelling on my end, they were finally able to produce journal entry that we could use. However, the report was not correct and I began to ask questions on why numbers were what they were. They did not know. There were also false costs appearing everywhere throughout financial records. It is December, and they STILL do not know. One of the people from implementation admitted to me that the person who was in charge of setting up our account had no business doing so. He also admitted that it was not correct. And then this person disappeared and I haven't heard from him since. They cannot tell me where the numbers they're feeding into our accounting system are coming from. They've been stalling for months. The integrity of our financial records for 2019 is in their hands and they have no idea what to tell us. I cannot get anyone to listen to me. Every 'high up' seems to know about our issues, but no one has pushed to resolve this. And I don't think that they can. My team and I have spent weeks trying to perform our own accounting audits to figure out what is wrong. We have done as much as we can without their help. They should not be an operating company. Our financial records matter for our business and to the IRS...and we still don't know what to do.

Paycor is a great and helpful app that shows me when I get paid how much I make and how much they take out of taxes,it also shows my pay and overtime and all the kinds of taxes they take out.
