This could be my favorite Application, definately my favorite Prayer Application. It has it all...prayers, candles and bells. It is very cool how you can say the prayer, light the candle and see where else in the world someone lit a candle with that same prayer. Even though there are a great number of Saints/Prayers listed, I hope you will continue to add to more to this Application and perhaps add some Saints of our time such as St. Maximilian Kolby, St. Faustina, St. Pio, St. Gianna Beretta Molla and St. Theresa of Lisieux. Great Application, well worth $1.99, and easy to use. Whether you have a great prayer life or just starting a prayer life, this is a great tool to use. Highly recommend!
I have all the Saints on my iPhone now. I can meditate wherever I feel like. I love the prayer collection. The lighting of the candle and the chiming of the bell are all symbolic and meaningful. Thanks
The app is good but their missing a lot of saints.. The app only contains the major saints, meaning they only have the most popular ones..
Famous saints like Padre Pio, St Rita of Casia, St Jude Thaddeus, Holy Infant Jesus of Prague, St Blaise, Cure of Ars, St Perigrine, and much more
Generally a nice design but terribly incomplete and running the credits prior to every revisit to the app is completely uncouth.
The feature where you can view the other candles lit around the world no longer works. Is anyone else experiencing this? Just get a blank map and error message. Otherwise there is nothing not to appreciate.
No St. Ignatius of Loyola? Seriously?!? He is left out among a number of other notable exceptions. The program is nice, but for a paid app I would expect an occasional update adding to the list of saints.
Please add more Saints. It would be great if my candle on the map is colored so I know it is mine.
