Great game!

Silverlythia

I got the board game for Christmas and looked for the app version. I was not disappointed!! Great job making a digital version that really kept the feel of the actual game!

Great game

Dustbunny3

Worth the money. Could play this all day.

BEST GAME EVER

Soldier Smith

the board game is incredible, this app is a fast convenient way to play with my friends when we can't play in person :) worth the $$!!!

Clunky and unresponsive

Kimchi-

Sad I paid $2.99 for this. Game crashes repeatedly in the middle of gameplay. Needs more AI games or players. Game very laggy.

Great game

What a greatly designed board game and a greatly programmed app for the game itself. The game mechanics work very well with the theme and the music for the game itself was perfect.

Great Game

This is the first game I've ever rated, and I've had iOS devices for years. Fantastic game.

Great game, but currently not functional

Former NYCer

I love this app, but since the change in Gamecenter, I can no longer challenge friends which was the primary reason I purchased. Please fix so this can be a 5 star game again.

Almost Perfect

Patchwork is a lovely two-player board game, in which the players are trying to balance currency (buttons) with area control (in this case, a blanket or quilt). Despite the odd theme, the game is brilliant, and offers a lot of depth for two players. The app has 3 levels of AI (easy, average, and difficult) but I don't have many problems beating the hard setting 9.9 out of 10 times. Fortunately, there's also online play available for those who enjoy that sort of thing. I'm removing one star simply for AI difficulty. I understand the challenges developers have when it comes to coding an excellent AI. Nevertheless, the AI in Patchwork is just poor. Even the Hardest setting AI will regularly purchase a tile when it's best option is to pass and stick me with a poor option. (Online play is great, but sometimes waiting for an opponent to play can be a bit time consuming.) All of that said, the developers continue updating the app, and it's well worth the purchase. If you've never played Patchwork but enjoy games like Tetris, you're in for a real treat!

Great adaptation of the board game

@mattly

And makes me wish I had gotten a larger phone

More fun than the board game

Patchwork is a fun game, but it really shines as a mobile game. The graphics are really well-done (I love the stitching animation).
