Too Many Bugs

Crashes constantly and cannot download any photos, would be very easy to use and have a good user interface if it didn’t have so many bugs.

Never written a review, but this is bad

Our wedding photographers sent us photos via pass gallery and since the site is so great I thought I’d try the app. It only loaded once and, when it did, I got stuck on a “my photos” page with no photos. The app was of no use and I immediately deleted

Store fee? When pass collects all profits except a little bit..

Do not use this app/website... they charge a fee to even have them make money off YOUR work...they take home most of the money and you get maybe some of it. If even... also have to have over 20$ profit to even get money which again 3 percent fee...

App really needs to be updated

I didn't realize my beta version had expired (there was no email that I could find announce the end of beta testing) and that left me puzzled when I went to open it a few days ago. I finally realized I could redownload it from the app store today so crisis averted! (or so I thought) I redownloaded the app but my latest galleries would not appear at first. When they finally did, the images would not show up inside of the gallery itself. I've tried deleting and reinstalling, but the images still will not appear. Not sure what's up with it, but as a photographer who needs easy and constant access to her content, this app isn't meeting my needs thus far. I know it's still new and they're working on it, but at this point I wouldn't recommend it to anyone I know just yet.

I have to control delete the app and then reinstall after 2-3 days because when you try to view the gallery it is blank. Very disturbing when you are standing in front of a client trying to show them how the app works or examples of your work.

I love using Pass but their app needs a lot of work. It only works for me about a third of the time. The pics in the galleries will download occasionally but most of the time it’s just a blank screen. It’s very frustrating.

I had the old version of Pass until recently , which always worked wonderfully. Was forced to download Pass Plus after getting a new computer and now am forced to use the Pass Plus app. It’s horrible. Galleries almost never load properly, leaving myself and clients with blank pages, even after exiting the app and restarting. The fact that the free gallery on the old Pass worked wonderfully is shocking considering this is now a paid subscription item for many. The idea behind it is great, but the execution is terrible. They really need to work much harder behind the scenes to update this so people can actually use it. Very disappointed.

Not user friendly, but I’ll hand on and give it some time

Hoping this works out but as of now I’m kind of lost. They’ve got some good ideas but no follow through. Needs some work
