App Crashes

Each time I open the app, it crashes. The first time I open it, it shows a preview of my gallery, then crashes. The second time, it only shows the main header photo of the gallery and nothing else. I’ve tried downloading and re-downloading the app and it doesn’t help.

App opens frozen, won't evens scroll down (there's a delay). Galleries don't sync. Constantly have to delete the app and re-download the app in order to get the full galleries to show up, and sometimes even that doesn't work. When you open a gallery the Cover photo shows up with a white blank page below... and when that happens there's no way to go back, doesn't give you the option, has to force shut down the app , and then the same thing happens over and over again. App also freezes and crashes a lot.

If this app worked better then I would LOVE it. That’s one advantage of Pixieset that makes it very tempting. I really hope this app improves because it would really make my life easier and give clients more flexibility. I’m having the same issue as prior reviewers — crashing app & blank white page.
Very unstable app

This app is very unstable. It crashes constantly and when it’s not crashing it shows blank galleries. When it’s working the layout and downloading are nice (although a few too many steps to actually save a photo on mobile) but until they do some major improvements there’s no way anyone should even think about passing this app along to clients.

I was part of the beta testing for this application, and it worked well. But note that they have opened it to the public it is horrible to use. The galleries constantly crash, you can’t view images in single form, nor download. Not sure what they did to it, but don’t waste your time until you hear the bugs are fixed. I can’t give this to my customers... very disappointing!!! COME ON, PASS!!!
Log on problem

I’m unable to log into my account because the keyboard pops up and is in front of the blue log on button. I only see the blue bar for a split second. Very aggravating. I hope to change my rating once I’m able to actually log on!

The app (and their services) have continually improved over time. I really love what they’re doing and where they’re headed. They get 5 stars as a company. I unfortunately have to rate the app 3 stars though. Buggy and force quits often. I have an iPhone XR running the latest iOS version.
