Like Duolingo but kind of terrible

Great content, but the systems is thicker than person of the year at a village idiot convention. The advertising is aggressive and if you want he same content but not stupid, use Duolingo.
There’s problems with this app

This app is great but there’s problems that I’ve emailed the company over a few times with no reply or fix . I’m having to erase the app and reinstall it all the time because it won’t let me continue, it won’t let me download the lessons and when I try the app freezes every time. When you first start they give you access to new characters which is cool but then after only a few days you get nothing for completing the routines anymore except energy?? There needs to be someone looking into these issues. I never leave bad reviews, but after being a paid member and having all these issues with no reply from the company I figure I should let others know about these issues. Please fix these issues as I’m paying for a working app

Добрый день. Ваше приложение перестало работать. Тут же закрывается. Но при этом продолжает снимать оплату за пользование. Пожалуйста, почините его или я бы хотела прекратить оплату. Более того, прошу учесть оплату за неработающее приложение! Верните это или пусть пойдёт за новый срок.

trying to be honest reviews
I am not trying to be mean but when i downloaded the app it showed me the front screen and then froze. I couldn’t use it, it keeps freezing and I’m not sure if it’s good or not yet cause it won’t let me go through the front page

При запуске вылетает. Проходил курс две недели Несколько дней назад все обнулилось А сейчас вообще вылетает при запуске Слелайте что нибудь((
