There’s problems with this app – Parla: Learn Spanish & English Review

This app is great but there’s problems that I’ve emailed the company over a few times with no reply or fix . I’m having to erase the app and reinstall it all the time because it won’t let me continue, it won’t let me download the lessons and when I try the app freezes every time. When you first start they give you access to new characters which is cool but then after only a few days you get nothing for completing the routines anymore except energy?? There needs to be someone looking into these issues. I never leave bad reviews, but after being a paid member and having all these issues with no reply from the company I figure I should let others know about these issues. Please fix these issues as I’m paying for a working app
