Had some problems with the previous updates but they worked with us to get them fixed and now it's great! Very pleased with their response!

Love the refer a friend feature so that I can get parking bucks!!! Also love the fact that they have a frequent Parker program and give out free parking. Really easy to use. Like the UX better than some of the other apps out there.

This is an incredible app. My husband and I took a last minute cruise out of the Manhattan pier. We live in NJ and driving in with luggage was the most convenient option. When we looked at the price for parking at the pier the cost was $40 per day, if available, which ended up being $280 for 7 nights (this was half the price of the cruise)!!! Then I found ParkJockey! I booked my reservation that day for ParkRight parking garage only 5 blocks away from the pier. They valeted us in our own car to the pier and helped with our luggage for only $168 including tax! We saved over $100! Then when we returned I walked 5 blocks to get the car that was waiting for me because they knew we were on the cruise ship. It took 10 minutes total to walk to the car and get the car! They would have reimbursed us too if we decided to take a $5 can ride. Seriously wow what a great service! ParkRight and ParkJockey were excellent and I would absolutely use them again! I can't say enough nice things about this company. Thank you ParkJockey!

Interface with Facebook login is dysfunctional

Every time I try to open this app it goes back and forth between Facebook in Safari 2-3 times and sometimes won't even work to open the app. They need to drastically improve the functionality.

Pre paid for space and called for support. No return call and when I reached the parking I realized I overpaid.

Whoever wrote this app must have been high! It has zero functionality and the interface looks like it was made by a 5 year old. Not to mention very Glitchy! 1 Star is too much!

Parking App For Corrupt Parking Lot Owners

Just used the app to park in Wynwood. Went over 30 minutes and was not notified only to find my car had been booted and was being charged $90! Beware of parking in any lots that use this app.

The worst parking service EVER. DOUBLE CHARGED MY CARD! And will not stop billing me every month, called and called and e-mails with no reply, stay away from this corrupt scam of a parking company!

I tried to use this app to park in a lot with signage saying you could pay with this app. The app decided to take my money, but reserve me a spot in another lot that was many blocks away from where I was located. I tried to change the reservation, but couldn't edit the location. After a few minutes, it gave me the option to cancel the reservation, but I still haven't gotten my $16 back. Poorly built app with bad interface. I do not recommend this app.

Reserved and paid for parking at San Francisco. There were no special instructions on the order and we got a fancy barcode in the app to show at the parking. However, when I got there and show the guy the barcode he said that he does not work with barcodes only with a printout of the reservation. At 6pm with show tickets we were left with a choice either to pay him more money or start hunting for a new space. Trying to cancel via the app proved fruitless, trying to get them to refund us was not very successful as well (although they should know that out code was not scanned). I'm all for supporting startups, but taking money without the ability to provide the service is not a good practice.
