Sometimes it works; sometimes it doesn’t. Cameras have issues taking pictures of tags. When exiting, lines back up because of this causing your parking time to increase. History in app only shows one parking session per month rather than each session. Clicking on date on calendar doesn’t do anything.

Clicked on lot 13 to buy and was sent lot 1. This caused confusion You can’t click on your parking pass for directions to your lot. Raymond James stadium is woefully lacking directional signs to lots

Parking in Miami is a pain. Saw this company at the Art Basel and used them the following week to reserve parking for the Heat game; so easy! Gorgeous app too!

Downloaded the app for art basal. It was an ease to use and it made park in Miami NOT a headache. Also, there was park jockey staff at the lot who were extremely friendly: they helped us park when we got there and get out of the lot as we were leaving. Overall a great app that I will definitely use again.
