Great app, but doesn’t prevent tickets

I love this app- it’s easy to use and I can sit in my car to pay for parking, which I love! The catch? I’ve had quite a few tickets with no reason why. My car will be in the correct zone, parked legally, and paid for and I’ll find a ticket on my windshield (usually zone 206). Multiple times I’ve driven to the station to complain and show proof that the ticket is not deserved and there is nothing I can do. You can try to call the hotline, but the number is always busy. So beware....
Nice but better if you could extend your time

It works well but very annoying that you cannot extend the time until the meter runs completely out. That part can be very inconvenient.

This app notifies you that your parking ran out maybe half the time. Resulting in a lot of tickets
App takes a minute off your time.
