Great app, but doesn’t prevent tickets – ParkDetroit Review

I love this app- it’s easy to use and I can sit in my car to pay for parking, which I love! The catch? I’ve had quite a few tickets with no reason why. My car will be in the correct zone, parked legally, and paid for and I’ll find a ticket on my windshield (usually zone 206). Multiple times I’ve driven to the station to complain and show proof that the ticket is not deserved and there is nothing I can do. You can try to call the hotline, but the number is always busy. So beware....
