Can't setup the app

I installed this app on my phone, then went to the website to install on my son's phone. After following the instructions I got a page of garbled nonsense instead of the next steps for setup.
A 30-day Trial

You first have to read a long contract and if you accept is the first time you will find out that it is only a 30-day trial. Nowhere does it state how much it will cost when the trial is over and I don't want to waste a month before finding out. No thanks.

Worked great for a week. Then I got an email that parent kit was taken off my kids phone. No reason and my son had no way to by pass my crazy password. So with that said I can't trust something I have to install weekly. Went to another app that's free and much better.
Missing some critical features

Besides what others have already mentioned about not being able to control access at the App level, I've found it useless to my kids, because they share the same iPad and there is no way to specify who is using the device at a certain moment. It would be a lot more flexible if control could be set at the account level, intend of the device level.

I wanted something simple that would allow me to create a schedule to regulate when my kids would be able to use their tablets. Eg, not between certain hours during the week but allow on a different schedule on the weekend, and it does this perfectly. Easy to set up remotely, and even allows for easy parental override from my phone to allow tablet use during blocked time when circumstances warrant. The limits apply to all apps equally (no special schedules for some apps versus others) which might be a need for some, but not for me. I am happy that the tablet is non usable after bedtime and during homework times. Very happy with this app and plan to purchase subscription once the free trial is up. My kids on the other hand are not so happy. Lol

Simple BUT WORKS! Excellent job guys. I would love to see more features, but so far so good. It is now about the feature but the service itself WORKS! I have tried other apps and they were really bad and not stable. Thanks the apps, now I can control my kid internet time in a very simple way.

Not as good as I had hoped

After seeing the good reviews I was hopeful this would work for me, but it’s half-baked solution in my opinion. Go read the FAQ section on their website before installing, a lot of ‘We’d love to, but Apple won’t let us’.
