MAJOR DELAY WITH DELIVERY ALERT

I was so excited about this app. I track several packages a day. Also with packages getting stolen, you want something that lets you know when packages are delivered when they are scanned. You also don’t want a bunch of different apps so this one would be great. However I never get the alerts when they are delivered. I get it about an hour or two later. I thought paying for it would help bring it says that but nope. Nothing changes when you pay for it at all. No difference. I also downloaded the usps, ups & fed ex app as well as trued texts from each company when packages arrive & all those come in real time so this app is unfortunately not worth it at all.

I got this app somewhere around 2017 and it’s been on my phone ever since. Premium is worth and doesn’t cost much if you want a reliable tracking app then this is it

I’d hope that after this major update to the app that new carriers would be added. I’ve been using this app since 2016 and the look of this app has not changed since until today and I am VERY disappointed that I still have to use a separate app because after years of waiting, you only update the look. I am even more disappointed that I have to continue to use a separate app for more international tracking services. Ive complained about adding more services to app for a while and it hasn’t happened and with the looks of this new update, I guess it never will. 1 star.

I’m a premium use and I’ve been using this App for a long while. So I’ve seen a few updates and changes that made it go from good to great. I stopped using it for Amazon tracking a long while ago since it wasn’t well integrated. Haven’t tried lately. The new update is looking great. Looks like they’ve come back to give the app some love. Still recommend it.

Great app to manage shipments from multiple carriers. Used to be much more compact, the new display as of 23 jan 2020 is really big and unappealing to me. The “compact view” doesn’t seem to make much difference. Only upgrade I’d like to see would be a way to put a place marker in for other packages expected, either before the tracking is available, or for items that do not have a tracking number.

In Latest Release, Access to the Blind and Low Vision Has been Reduced, Please Fix

Hello, I am writing to state that the latest release of Parcel Track, for iOS, has broken some VoiceOver accessibility. For example, Many of the buttons in the app are no longer properly labeled, causing the screen reader to guess as to what they are. Another example is that some buttons are not labeled, at all or, VoiceOver reads them as some kind of jumbled syllables that make no sense to the user. I fervently hope that these issues will be resolved, as soon as possible, as many of us who are blind and low vision, depend on Parcel track, every day. Thank you, Mark

I’ve been using ParcelTrack for years and love it, but the new format is leaving me cold. In the old, I could see everything at a glance (unless I was tracking a great many packages). Now I have to scroll down to see the info on three. Guys, I love the app and appreciate your efforts, but please condense the info so I can see all my package activity without scrolling. The old format was much more efficient, and isn’t that what the app is about?

This is my first review ever as I have never felt so strongly about something before. I used to use this app religiously for everything package tracking related until I opened the app this afternoon to my dismay that I had to pay to track multiple packages at one.... a feature that was free prior to this update. I love the simplicity of the app, but the fact that I have to pay to track multiple packages is ridiculous, let alone being $2.99.

The new update uses too much screen space even in the compact setting. Also the sorting has changed. It now displays delivered packages at the top and packages in transit in the middle and there is no way to change it. Please fix this.
