Not working wasted money

Its not tracking when I forward from my email and its not sending me notifications at all

I order / ship a lottttt of stuff and this app here helps me manage every single thing, it updates every single time a status has changed to a package and notifies me via iPhone, love this app! 5 stars.

Needs better customer support

I agree with other commenting they don’t respond. I paid for premium version after installing. I never could use premium feature let along track on time. It’s always delay so much and it’s better to do it usps website or text service I have through multiple shipping company. So what’s the point ? When I type in tracking numbers it won’t recognize the number of company I emailed them what I’m doing wrong and asked for tips, never got respond back. Haven’t even used this for a long time. What a waste of time and money for me.

Great service but gets confused

Now don’t get me wrong this app is on point on how it tells you that’s you package just arrived; but I live in Oxford, Mississippi and when it says it’s a my post office when I look at the map it’s at Oxford, Manchester, England. It’s ok but it does say Oxford, MS 38655 on the pin it’s just not in the right country.

Needs carriers autodetect

My favorite delivery app has disappeared from the App Store, looking for a replacement. This app looked promising, however it has a fatal flaw: no carrier autodetect! So if you only have a number from the shipper but don’t know the exact method they used.... tracking ability is DOA. Implement autodetect and I’ll be interested in pursuing app, but for now it’s barely useful.

SOO when i say this app is great it is super great like amazing. The only thing i will say that this app could do better is when scanning your email for conformations it can actually open the links companies use to make you go to there site to check the tracking on your package. Now i don’t know how they could do it but if that happen this app would perfect

The app needs some major improvements: 1. Slow push notifications. At least an hour after other tracking apps. 2. The time is not accurate to the local time zone. 3. Package weight would be a nice addition to list (as another app does). 4. A map showing all status update locations would be nice (as another app does). 5. Signed by information, or no signature required, would be a nice addition to list (as another app does). Please make these changes, if you'd like my money for the Premium version! :) Update: Now free push notifications aren't working. This removes any reason to upgrade.
