Needs better customer support – ParcelTrack - Package Tracker Review

I agree with other commenting they don’t respond. I paid for premium version after installing. I never could use premium feature let along track on time. It’s always delay so much and it’s better to do it usps website or text service I have through multiple shipping company. So what’s the point ? When I type in tracking numbers it won’t recognize the number of company I emailed them what I’m doing wrong and asked for tips, never got respond back. Haven’t even used this for a long time. What a waste of time and money for me.
