If you like really really long games...this is your game. For me, I lose interest after a while and want to move on to something new..after all, u can only play the same stuff over and over in the same game . I do love civil war stuff and this is a REAL battlefield only 135 miles from my home, so I really was interested. A lot of the games are not brain games but what I term luck games...keep trying till everything falls into place. But good graphics, very detailed and I love the HOS where little objects have subtle movements...like a mouse will breathe with his belly going up and down ...very kewl! Can't believe I beat Bunkie, Snoop and moonbeam D...hope my review helps u as much as yours always helps me in pursuing a game!

I'm not familiar with the tv show but I am a hidden object adventure game junky and this game is awesome! With very few developers making high quality HOAG for the iPad it's great to have a new contender throwing their hat into the HOAG ring. This game is just as good as any top tier games from Big Fish and G5! I hope we see many more games like this from A&E and/or Legacy Games! The main game is very long and the bonus chapter is as well. The graphics are great, the storyline interesting and the voice-overs are high quality. The hidden object scenes and mini puzzles are top notch and unique. The HOS have the list of items to search for but with interesting new ways for items that need an extra step to find. There's 20 wolves to search for throughout the game and it's always great to have extra things to look for and they come in different varieties as well, it's never the same kind of wolf you'll find. The hint system, map and journal are all very helpful so I didn't miss the game not coming with a built in strategy guide however if you do get into trouble there's game walkthroughs available online. Bottom line, if you love games from this genre then don't hesitate buying this one, it really is worth the money!!! To the developers, thanks for a great game and please keep them coming!?? You are are very welcome Xdser!?

Legacy games would be surprised...

Legacy games must be surprised to find out that reviewers think that this is their first game! They have developed many games over the years, including Murder She Wrote 1 & 2 which Big Fish sells for iOS, PC and Mac. They have developed other games sold here in iTunes under their own name. Also, this particular game was released by Big Fish on their site on October 29, 2013. ..You might want to try using your search engine to find out the difference between a company that develops games, publishes/sells games or does both. ..The game does not pull me in, especially at this price. Plus, I read the reviews in the All Game Forums at BF and did not see anything to make me change my mind about this game. Once again, the lack of sales here shows how BF overpowers the market as this game would have had way more sales if they had sold it. This is yet another annoying thing about BF. They have overpowered the iOS market and have now moved into f2p market. If you care to know more, google Paul Thelen Profits 2013. And lastly, g5 publishes most or all of its games, meaning, others develop them...

Love this game! One of the best ones I've played in quite awhile. Better then most Big Fish/G5 games. I wish there were more games like this. It's not the same old boring hidden object games.

I liked the trial version of this game so much I decided to unlock it. When I got to the "excavation site" portion and finished the EMF meter puzzle, it got stuck. I have shut down and restarted the game to no avail. I want my $7 back to purchase a game I can actually finish. Very disappointed - was looking forward to finishing this game.

Lots of thought went into this -- very clever and fun! If you're a fan of "Paranormal State" you'll love this. Not the gang's real voices, but the character images are perfect. The general graphics are fabulous, too - a lot of work went into this so it's a bargain at $2.99. Wish there had been a series of games based on the show (even though the show is now in reruns only). The company should work on making MORE games, please!

I love paranormal state so I was intrigued when I found this game looking for a detective HO game. Glad I did. If these independent games were all this good Big Fish would be in trouble. I really wish they'd all break away and do more interesting games like this at a lower price. Good length, great graphics, great story and characters (even if they aren't the original ones), I was hooked. Keep it coming
