I really enjoy playing this game but there are the same 2 things that cause the game to crash every single time. Any time I open the turtle game and click to play the level it uses my lives but then crashes the game. Additionally any time I watch a video it will crash the game as soon as the video ends. I’ve been playing this game for 3 months and these issues keep occuring.

Everytime the game restarted I lost the chance to meet a character like Sidney Meyer or Harrison Hero. They just disappeared! Please fix the glitch. I am stuck with the tasks relating to these characters ughhhhhh

Would be the best game, if it worked and didn’t steal my money

I love this game for fun and graphics, but it closes and doesn’t save right. I spent at a minimum $150 on gems in the last couple of months, more than half of which are lost (along with energy, friendship points, and Turtillada lives) every time the game abruptly closes, which is at least half the time I play. Until these bugs are fixed, I recommend Apple remove this game from the App Store. I’m disgusted, and if my gems aren’t refunded from useless “contact us” help, I’m deleting it and bashing it in every corner of the internet. Shame on you lazy grifters.
