Such a shame..

Very disappointed with this app. I have so many charms I thought this is going to be great!! There is no easy way to search for the times that you do have. So I took the time and looked up all the charms I had and added them. Then I created the wish list. It does not save it and I can never view my items!! I went through the trouble of doing this twice thinking that I did something wrong. It's bad enough we cannot buy on the app or share our wish list but as owners you can not even keep track or view your OWN lists!! I see similar reviews going back 2014. I guess this is not a priority for Pandora. Believe me I never write reviews... Totally worthless!!
No search function - useless

Was excited. Searching for a particular charm, result, 1330 items in the result and can't narrow it unless you want a particular color or metal type. No, I would like to search by category or key word. But no search function. This app useless.

This app is totally useless due to the fact you cannot search for individual charms and add them to your personal list. You have to go through the entire catalogue. I am removing the app.

Just got a Pandora bracelet for Christmas from my sons. I downloaded the app to search for charms to put on my wish list. It won't let me save it to the wish list. Logged out by mistake and can't log back in! PLEASE fix this!

The idea is great and I love being able to see my wish list on my phone, but it desperately needs search functionality. The charms are impossible to find, unless you scroll through all of them... Need to be able to search by keyword

You cannot purchase anything through the app. Also when it says it updates I don't think it really does because it's nearly January and the home page is still stuck on Fall new arrivals? I would expect it to be easier to use than going into the web page but it's not. Tried to delete wish list items after I received them but they would not all delete.

I was eager to see the Pandora app, but it's just so disappointing. It doesn't even let me go anywhere besides the home screen. ? deleting after my review.

I'm glad I got this app despite all the negative reviews. It's a free app so I figured there wasn't anything to lose. I'm going to put this on my husband's phone so he can see what I already own and what is on my wish list with Pandora Club?. Granted there can be some improvements to this app but it's a start. I was able to log into Pandora Club just fine and see what I had. The app is very limited in searching since you cannot type in a keyword for the charms you are interested in adding to your wish list or my jewelry. They do have search criteria such as price, collection, metal etc... As for the general browse you can scroll through individually or scroll through the gallery page by page. I preferred individually so I could immediately add to my wish list. You can even look through the retired items. Don't expect to be able to shop on this app and I wasn't able to find a store using this but I know where my store is. Have fun shopping for your charms.

Like everyone else, I was excited to download the Pandora app. But I am very disappointed. It was OK for looking at choices and adding them to your club wish list or collection. But it did little else. So much opportunity to be great, to engage us and keep us interested. But the info seems dated and boring. And I was hoping I could look at charms that are not for sale any longer, to add them to the online list of jewelry I have, so my husband can not buy something almost the same again. Seems a waste.

I've had this app for a while, and I always have to logout and log back in to see my wishlist. It's also on my boyfriend's phone so that he can see my wishlist for special occasions and it has the same issue! Very inconvenient. The catalog updates always change too and they're not necessarily all new charms, and it's never the same each time I go on the app even if it's on the same exact day. Please work to fix this!!
